Jan Rauchwerger
Jan Rauchwerger was born in 1942 in Bayram-Ali, Turkmenistan (in the evacuation from Kyiv).
1954 – 1961 – he studied and was graduated from T. Shevchenko Art School.
1964 – 1968 – he was graduated from Moscow Institute of Printing.
1965 – 1973 – he studied at V. Veysberg’s studio.
1973 – the repatriation to Israel, life in Paris and New York.

Since 2002 he has lived and worked in Jaffa, Israel.
